The Accounting Manager is a critical member of accounting team, reporting directly to the Controller. The role of the Accounting Manager includes Accounts Payables and Receivables, managing the reconciliation process for all general ledger accounts, including preparation of designated accounts in addition to the preparation of monthly financial statements, tracking grants , in addition to cash flow projections. On a day to day basis, bank reconciliations, performing month end close and adjusting entries as needed, preparation of financial statements, preparing cash flow and analysis reports, budgeting and forecasting as well. The perfect applicant will have a BachelorS Degree in Accounting, non-profit background, 3 or more years of background, strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as possess the expertise to handle multiple priorities with a high-level of accuracy.areas of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, and many more.
